This is a known issue using Google Chrome browser (since version 74) and has been fixed in Q-net v6.6.12.
Please ask for the actual download link!
You will find detailed information about the update process in the readme.txt file (it's inside the zip).
If the update is not possible right now, as a workaround you can disable the Animation function at the Special configuration section:
